Reputation
The reward-engine score, the tiers, and what is still an unapproved policy.
Provisional score
Until five complete 24-hour checks exist, the engine stores score 0, tier Baby Ape, and provisional true. Volume alone cannot raise it. The leaderboard hides provisional scores from Top Reputation.
After five checks
The engine sets accuracy to successes divided by evaluated checks, and sample to the minimum of 1 and evaluated divided by 20. Score is accuracy times sample times 1000, minus 100 for each open high-severity fraud flag, clamped from 0 to 1000. Posting volume is not in that formula. This is the code that writes reputation_scores. The stage-3 policy register still lists ranking approval as required, so this is not an owner-approved public policy document.
Tiers
900 Legendary Ape, 750 Alpha Hunter, 600 Skilled Ape, 400 Ape Researcher, 200 Jungle Scout, otherwise Baby Ape. Win rate on the leaderboard stays blank below five complete checks.
Not XP
XP is the sum of approved reward grants. Reputation is the outcome score above. A large XP total can sit next to a provisional reputation of 0.
