Terms for using the terminal, publishing, and the reward ledger.
Acceptance
Using APEWATCH means you accept these terms.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use APEWATCH where you live.
The service
APEWATCH shows community posts, market data from third parties, risk checks, and an off-chain reward ledger. It does not custody assets or place trades.
Wallet authentication
You sign a message with a Solana wallet. You are responsible for that wallet. APEWATCH will not ask for a seed phrase.
Your content
Public calls, votes, comments, and chat are public. You keep responsibility for what you post. You give the operator a license to display that content on the site. Private notes are not that public content.
No investment advice
Nothing on the site is a solicitation or a personal recommendation. You can lose the entire amount you spend on a token.
No accuracy guarantee
Market data, holder scans, and whale rows can be missing, delayed, or wrong. UNKNOWN is not a pass.
Rewards
XP and BANZ follow the reward engine and can be paused, rejected, or reversed. BANZ cash redemption is not currently available. BANZ are not a token and have no stated cash value.
Prohibited use
No spam, harassment, impersonation, fake performance, vote stacking, or attempts to break the reward ledger.
Liability
The operator is not liable for trading losses, missing or delayed market data, or failures on the blockchain.

Reports use the in-app Report control on a call, comment, chat message, profile, or token.
