Token safety

The five safety rows and the cases they refuse to call a pass.

What is checked

The card asks /api/community/risk for liquidity status, mint authority, freeze authority, top-holder concentration, and transfer tax, plus creator context. Grades are PASS, WARNING, FAIL, or UNKNOWN.

Liquidity and authorities

Liquidity names the deepest DexScreener pool and warns under the configured USD line, default $5,000. It does not claim the LP is locked. Mint and freeze read the mint account. Revoked means the authority field is the system program or absent. An active mint can create more supply. An active freeze can freeze accounts.

Holders and tax

Holders group token accounts by owner and skip accounts classified as pools or programs. If the RPC returns 429 or 403, the row stays UNKNOWN with that error. Standard SPL has no Token-2022 transfer fee. Token-2022 fees are reported in basis points only when the extension is present.

UNKNOWN and rugs

UNKNOWN means evidence was not retrieved. It is not a pass. A revoked mint does not stop a rug through liquidity removal, a dump, or a misleading name. The card shows the source and time, or SOURCE UNAVAILABLE when the request fails.
